Digital Dynamic Solutions ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and what your rights are under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us:

• Contact form: your name, business name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in and your message.
• Photography booking form: your name, email address, phone number, and the date, location and times of your event.
• Review form: your name, your business name if you give one, your star rating and your review. Reviews are shown publicly on this website with your name.
• WhatsApp, phone and email: your contact details and whatever you send us.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, confirm bookings and deliver the services you ask for. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox by a third-party form-delivery service. Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp. This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. We share information with other parties only when it is needed to deliver your project or when the law requires it.

Photographs

The photographs in our portfolio are shown with the permission of our clients. If you appear in a photograph on this website and would like it removed, contact us and we will take it down.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or project, or for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
